Can you recover my password if I forget it?
No. We never keep or log your password, so keep it somewhere safe.
Is my file uploaded?
Yes, this tool needs our converter. Your file (up to 20 MB) is sent over an encrypted connection, converted, and deleted as soon as you get the result. We never keep or look at it.
